Angela's Bio
Angela is a Three Rivers high school graduate and received an Associates of Applied Science in Business from GOCC. She is a business owner of Reflections Hair Studio located on S.Main St. Angela became a DDA board member in November 2022. Angela enjoys traveling, road trips on her motorcycle, spending time with family and she is committed to fostering collaboration and growth within the community that the DDA serves.
John's Bio
John “Charlie” Wolgamood has been on the board since 2017. Charlie is a resident of Three Rivers, is employed at Twin County Probation Center, and is an owner of a building downtown. Educationally, he is a graduate of Three Rivers schools, has a Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Michigan State University, and is working on a Masters degree in education (behavior disorders) from Walden University. Charlie has four grown children and one grown cat. He enjoys kayaking, fishing, gardening, and live music.
Joe's Bio
Joe Bippus has been on the board since 2000. He is employed by the City of Three Rivers as its manager. He has a Bachelors of Criminal Justice degree from Ferris State University and a Masters in Administration from Eastern Michigan University. He is married to Cheryl and they have three great kids. In his spare time Joe likes to engage in outdoor activities including mountain biking.
Jason's Bio
Jason has been a Three Rivers resident since 2018 after relocating from Chicago. He has been a member of the DDA’s Design Committee since 2019, and has been a board member since 2022. Jason was instrumental in landscaping the East Alley and creating the Pollinator Garden in the Mural Mall. Jason holds a M.S. in Environmental Management & Sustainability from IIT and is a Master Gardener through MSU. He utilizes his gardening skills to plant native plants and natural landscapes. Jason enjoys traveling, outdoor activities, and tending to his chickens.
Mary's Bio
Mary has always loved being involved on committees and boards and has served on many throughout her adult life. She is an associate Broker for Berkshire Hathaway Home Services and is a Michigan Realtor. Mary loves Three Rivers and enjoys being a part of making where you live a better place!
